- Clear your doubts before making any orders/purchases
- No cancellation of order once confirmed
- Items are NOT refundable/exchangable
- Delivery will be through meet-ups only
- Payment via cash only & to be made before we start working on your shoes
- Pls do not go MIA-ing b/c we really put in alot of time & effort to perfect your shoes
-if any changes were made, such as changing to another design, buyer will have to pay for the first shoe he/she already ordered in the first place, if the shoes are already made
